You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Sample tile came broken, however it’s stunning. Will be ordering.
Great service and good sized sample . Makes choosing so much easier when you can see the actual colour and quality of the tile. This is not the right colour for my bathroom , although it's sister tile , which I also had a sample of , is the perfect match and I'll be ordering that tile.
