We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Tiles exceeded our expectations, very beautiful!
The only thing worth mentioning is that there was more waste than anticipated, as the tiles are quite small and once cut the rest falls apart, so worth ordering a little extra. We ran out but got some opal white to go with it and are super happy with both.

Love them, they are stunning. Only marked down one star because I was 5 tiles short in the end, and to order an extra 5 tiles (at just £3.74), delivery cost £15, which was pretty shocking given that 5 different full sized sample tiles would be delivered free!
As a first time tiler I was apprehensive about tiling our kitchen, but so happy with the results. Tiles arrived on expected delivery day by a cheerful driver.
They went on easily and very happy with the results.
