We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Delivery on time. Have used the opal marine with the opal grey to tile most of my shower, really pleased, love the colour, didn't order quite enough for the backsplash and bath surround but will post some more pics when they are finished.
Ordered loads of samples when looking for tiles for new kitchen but when these arrived they made the others look decidedly cheap and run of the mill. I love the how they are not a flat colour and can't wait to see them on the wall
