Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

I have ordered these for my kitchen kind of accidently as originally I wanted a different kind of really colorful tiles, but boy I’m so happy that I made the “wrong” choice. I love them. They are so colorful and fun and makes my whole kitchen so much more homey. Getting a lot of compliments on it from everyone visiting. And great quality too. Can’t faulty it. Just love it!

Everyone saw the tiles asked where we bought them from as they’re stunning.
We used these as a feature wall in our downstairs bathroom. They're so lovely. We ordered 120 tiles & counted about 55 different designs. None arrived broken but my tiler did say they weren't all 100% even/square as each tile was a 1/4 of a larger tile cut down into 4 smaller tiles. This just meant he had to file some down but he was a perfectionist so perhaps it wouldn't bother an amateur tiler! I would definitely recommend these though & would buy again without a doubt.
So pleased with these tiles! The assortment of patterns is really nice and the really revamped our kitchen!
