You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.

For best results, we recommend using Standard Set Setaflex White adhesive, paired with Fugabella Cloud Grout and Cloud Silicone. Use 3 mm spacers to keep grout lines even, while the softly wavy edges and natural variation between tiles create an authentic, handmade look - slight imperfections are part of their charm.
When installing, mix tiles from different boxes at random to achieve a balanced, natural finish. While confident DIYers can install these themselves, we always recommend using a professional tiler for the best result.
As always, make sure your surface is flat, stable and dust-free, and prime it before tiling. Once grouted, wipe away any residue to bring out the soft sheen of the glaze.

Absolutely love the Zelige Pearl Tiles in our kitchen, they create such a warm but fresh vibe and the light catches them beautifully.
