On many floors - especially larger areas - there is a need to absorb limited lateral movement which over time may cause tiles to crack or even pop out. Our anti-fracture mat de-couples the tiles from the subfloor, preventing lateral movement and any stress from underfloor heating being transferred through to the tiles.
The mat can be used on most domestic and commercial projects and as it’s only 0.85mm thick there is minimal height build-up. Use a 3mm bed of Setaflex adhesive to fix the mat to your subfloor - each 20 kg bag of adhesive will cover approximately 12 m2 of mat. Once the adhesive has dried you can tile over immediately.

Kerbside Delivery
Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
