We always recommend using a primer to stablise and seal your floors and walls before tiling. Cleaning and priming the surface ensures a good key for the adhesive to stick to and prolongs the working time of self-levellers and adhesives.
Otherwise, the tile adhesive might just stick to dirt and dust and there’s a chance your tiles could peel up in the future.

Kerbside Delivery
Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
