We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
Each pack of Midlake Chequerboard tiles covers one square metre and contains equal amounts of both Midlake Black and Midlake White tiles.
Ordering is easy - simply enter how many square metres you’ll need (we recommend including 10% extra to cover waste and cuts) and we’ll tell you how many full packs are required to cover this area.

Try before you buy with our sample service - completely free of charge and delivered in two working days.
The samples arrived two days ago. They are lovely tiles, and they are great quality. We will be ordering 53m2 this week to make a lovely patio area to the side of our Victorian Farm House - rennovated throughout - and this will be a stunning addition.
