The practicality of porcelain or the charm of natural materials? Why not have both, with our Midlake slate-effect porcelain tiles?
They’re based on natural Brazilian black slate, which traditionally has a smoother, less riven finish than other natural slates.
This makes Midlake a really great choice for contemporary floors or bathrooms, especially in this dark and dramatic colourway. Run your hands over the surface and you’ll notice a little texture here and there - this adds an authentic touch but ensures the tiles are super easy to keep clean.
The Midlake range is produced for us in Italy and is finished with rectified edges, for a sharp, modern finish. A matching outdoor 2CM tile is also available, meaning you can continue the style from inside to out, nailing the trend for alfresco living.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
