Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Great service
Liked it very much but didn’t like the fact that it came as a block of individual tiles. I think you would see the joins when up. Would have bought it if it was one single tile.
Fantastic service, beautiful products, and great prices — I can't fault this company. We did have a small hiccup, though entirely of our own making: we ordered what we thought were individual tiles, only to discover they were large format tiles designed to mimic the look of smaller ones. Unfortunately, this made them unsuitable for the herringbone pattern we had in mind.
When I called customer service to explain, they were incredibly helpful and arranged a return without any fuss. We covered the delivery charge, which seemed only fair given the mix-up was ours.
Despite this, I have no hesitation giving five stars. The product is beautiful, the prices are competitive, and the customer service team handled our mistake with grace. We'll definitely be ordering again — this time making sure to read the product description more carefully!
