You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Tiles are as described. Just what I wanted. Porcelain Superstore service was excellent. However, overall experience was let down by the courier (DPD) who failed to deliver on the correct date and only gave me 30 minutes warning of estimated arrival.
