There’s wood effect tiles and then there’s wood effect tiles - and it’s fair to say that our Southwell range takes the trend to a whole new level.
Firstly, there’s the beautiful design which is proudly rustic. Inspired by natural hardwood floors - the kind of planks you’d find in a converted barn or country house - these tiles are full of natural character with warm oak colouring that feels just right. As you’d expect from a high-end Italian tile, the attention to detail is exquisite, with lifelike knots and incisions adding charm to any property, whether you live in an Edwardian terrace or a modern apartment. And thanks to the subtle variation from plank to plank, you can be sure of a spectacular floor, especially over larger areas.
There’s substance behind the style, as well. Made from premium Italian porcelain, quality and low maintenance are guaranteed. Extremely difficult to stain, they won’t twist, swell or rot - so can be safely laid in bathrooms as well as kitchens and busy hallways. With a gentle texture that mimics real timber, they achieve an R10 slip rating, giving you and your family peace of mind underfoot.
And that’s not all. During production, the glaze is infused with Microban technology, which eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria that come into contact with the tiles. This anti-bacteria technology works non-stop day and night, all year round, giving your family a cleaner and more hygienic floor - without any hassle. Furthermore, the tiles are produced using 40% recycled material. So all in all, these are tiles that look good, feel good and do good - what’s not to love?

Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
