Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Ordered a sample, came through very quickly. Looks a realy nice tile. Will be ordering off the back of it
I have only received a sample, but it looks like a great quality product. I will be ordering more for my bathroom floor.
one box for was damaged resulting in all the plank tiles being broken. this was replaced in a few days but 1 tile in that box was damaged. On opening some of the other boxes there were a few more damaged tiles.
The long plank tiles are susceptible to damage and easily break.
The tile itself is quite wood like.
