You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Received the order before the sample as we couldn't wait. Our orangery needed finishing off. The result is beautiful. Pictures taken as soon as the Tiler finished. Will be doing the kitchen with the same tiles.
