You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Perfect very nice smooth and gives a nice new trendy feeling to the kitchen
Fast service and nice size tile sample but the monkeys that work for Royal mail sorting warehouse managed to split the tile in 2 inside its packaging. The packaging consisted of cardboard box with bubble wrap around the body of the tile, but unfortunately this had left the ends exposed and they must’ve dropped it end-on onto a very hard surface. I would recommend use of a tile edge protector rather like pipe insulation and if that was put all the way round the tile I’m sure it will protect it from drops.
