Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.

A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

For best results, we recommend Standard Set Setaflex White adhesive, paired with Fugabella Cloud Grout and Cloud Silicone. Use 3 mm spacers for consistent grout joints and a clean finish, and a tile levelling system to help keep the surface flat and minimise lippage.
