Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.

A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Our Tropez Mint tiles are made from porcelain and are suitable for walls and floors throughout the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and more. They can be laid in a simple grid pattern, using Standard Set Setaflex White adhesive, paired with Fugabella Cotton grout and silicone.
A 3mm tile spacer is ideal for achieving a neat and even grout joint - self levelling clips aren't usually necessary.
As always, make sure your surface is level, stable and free from dust, and prime it before tiling. Once the tiles are laid, clean thoroughly to remove any grout residue for the best final result.

Gorgeous and good value tile, arrived exactly on time and lovely to create a new hearth in our house. My only complaint, I bought two boxes, which is two £15 deliveries or one £40 pallet delivery (I opted for pallet just to keep things simple). Tiles themselves were excellent value. Having said all this, the pallet delivery was excellent, no broken tiles and arrived exactly when indicated.
