Kerbside Delivery
Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Try before you buy with our sample service - completely free of charge and delivered in two working days.
Twice I ordered from this company there is nothing wrong with the tiles, but
the service was terrible. You are asked to choose a delivery date you choose
it then they tell you it would arrive on the day although things can go wrong
but they would let you know as soon as possible if it would be delayed,
Well that never happened. I had to contact them , the tiles didn't arrive until the next day
While I appreciate things can go wrong but twice with the same customer is not great service
If you took time of work to wait on them you would be ... disappointed. Don't have a tiler waiting.
