Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Beautiful tile that creates interest to bathroom floor
Based on the sample I ordered, a really lovely tile. Although the website picture shows it on the floor, it's a good size for a wall, and we plan to use it for our kitchen. Elegant, sharp pattern whose colour and style will suit our Edwardian house perfectly.
Beautiful quality tiles in a pretty design. I have ordered a few tile samples from Porcelain Superstore and I have found their service fantastic.
