Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Moorish verde kitchen tiles. Very happy, finished the kitchen well and compliments the olive green tiles
The tiles arrived with plenty of notice although one of packets had split open and fortunately the delivery man took them as far as doorstep not just the kerbside.
My tiler loved them as did everyone. The tiles set off the whole kitchen. I love them!
Unusual Moorish design in attractive green shade. The only tile of many we looked at that pairs well with our ‘sage’ shower panel, as sage seems to vary massively from one manufacturer to another.
I ordered 2 samples which arrived very quickly. I am so pleased that the tile has the rustic look I wanted and match’s the image online. Will be ordering to decorate a bathroom wall.
Based on the sample I ordered, a very nice tile: the pattern isn't too strong and colours are attractively washed out; would make a good splashback option for kitchens in wood or a variety of different shades.
