Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

We purchased the Woodcraft Ash tiles from Porcelain Superstore after a great deal of searching and careful decision making. We have renovated a bungalow, including adding underfloor heating. We wanted tiles that looked like wood and would look good throughout the whole bungalow with varying decor in different rooms. These look fantastic, we are very happy with them. They do need an expert to lay them as the floor must be completely level. Adam Shaw tiling in Warrington did a great job for us laying these.
Whole service and quality of the tiles from Porcelain Superstore has been excellent. We ordered a sample first, despite having lots of samples we kept coming back to woodcraft ash as our favourite. Not too light or dark. We were nervous ordering these online, 85 boxes in total but whole experience was very smooth and communication throughout was excellent.
Just received my sample of the Woodcraft Ash wood effect porcelain tile. Really impressed by the quality of this tile and how quickly the sample arrived. Nice touch that there was a large sample and a much smaller one which is more portable. Great idea. The colour is the most modern mid brown we've seen so far. Should we decide to go for tiles I will use thie Porcelain Superstore.

We order 4 samples, when they came we really live this one. So I ordered a bigger sample just to get a better idea of what it would look like in our hallway.
