Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

As a rule of thumb, we recommend adding 10% extra onto your order, to cover any waste, cuts and breakages.
These tiles can be laid onto a variety of surfaces, including concrete slabs and mortar beds.
For a beautiful finish, we recommend that your outdoor tiles are installed by a professional tiler or landscaper with prior experience fixing porcelain slabs.

Good quality tiles. Easier to lay than concrete tiles as they are lighter. Look lovely and bright. Easily stained with cement and grout so careful cleaning required post laying ..
I ordered the tiles to go in a barbeque room with the view to extending further into garden.
I was concerned that due to the colour, the tiles would mark easily. During laying however, any sand/cement or grout marks were easily removed.
All of the reviews I have read regarding Porcelain being easy to keep clean appear to be correct.
I am really pleased with the finish and will be ordering more to carry on the project.
