Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £19.95, next day from £29.95 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

I ordered some samples and this by far was my favourite choice. The colour is the perfect neutral that would go with literally any colour kitchen. Having looked at a number of other places to find a similar design, Porcelain Superstore offers these tiles at a very reasonable price.
Of the samples I have received from various stores -these are my favourite .... so far. I like the finish on them, good technology employed to simulate a stone tile - undulating surface and realistic cushioned edge. However, early days, but they remain top of my list.
I ordered the big sample tile and fell in love with it. Bathroom remodel is booked in for June and cannot wait to order so it can be delivered near the time.
