Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
Each pack of Fez Mix Chalk & Ivy tiles covers 1.8m2 and contains equal amounts of both Fez Chalk and Fez Ivy tiles.
Ordering is easy - simply enter how many square metres you’ll need (we recommend including 10% extra to cover waste and cuts) and we’ll tell you how many full packs are required to cover this area.
We recommend that these porcelain floor tiles are installed by a professional tiler.
