Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £19.95, next day from £29.95 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Hello I have recieved the dark and light aspire tile samples and all I can say is WOW there absolutely gorgeous I'm definitely ordering these love them both think I'm going for the dark as the main tile with the light either added as the second line or dotted among the dark as they both work with my kitchen just need to know how many I need to order thankyou will be in touch shortly Maggie ps there gorgeous

Delivery was quick & item was extremely well packaged. Despite this there was a break in one of the tiles. However this is no problem for us as we have plenty of mosaic which is to be cut for a border. In addition we had already received a sample which will replace breakage. Service was excellent.
