As you might expect, here at Porcelain Superstore we’re big fans of buying online. In the distant past we had the pleasure of running a bricks-and-mortar tile store. While it’s enjoyable speaking to customers face to face, we always wanted to give you guys more – more variety, more discount, more service.
So, there was only one way to go – online only. That’s why we packed our bags and headed to the big wide world of the world wide web. Fast forward four, five or six years later (it’s easy to lose count!) and we have thousands of happy customers all around the UK, so we must be doing something right!

Of which there’s plenty though! Being online only means we’re not restricted by space, so we’ve got an incredible range of gorgeous tiles. You’ll find everything from fresh-out-the-kiln patterned tiles and trendy wood effect planks, to everyday favourites such as polished porcelain and metro wall tiles. We’re always adding new and exciting designs we know you’ll just love.

We like to cut costs, not corners, and we’re a little different to your normal tile store. Rather than dealing with price-inflating middlemen, we buy direct from the factory. And we do away with flashy showrooms, so there’s fewer costly overheads to pay for.
This means we can lower our margins and therefore our prices – so you pay less for better tiles. It’s quite simple, really!

Although we’ve recently invested in some great photography to show off our tiles, we know that sometimes, nothing beats seeing them up close. So why not bring the showroom to you instead?
We’ve made it really easy to order samples and they’ll usually arrive within two working days. You can order up to six at once, and when you come to place your order we’ll even refund your sample cost!

Delightful Deliveries
We might be stating the obvious here, but tiles are pretty hefty. Your car – and your back – won’t thank you for lugging all those boxes from the shop to home. But they’ll be much happier if you take advantage of our great delivery service, which is free on orders over £500.
Pick a convenient day at the checkout and then… relax! On the day itself, the delivery driver will give you a call an hour ahead just to make sure you’re in. Check your delivery over, sign to accept and you’re done!
Risk-Free Returns
Tiles arrived but decided they’re not The One? No problem. If you change your mind for whatever reason you can return your order with 30 days, for a full refund on the tiles. You can’t say fairer than that.

We don’t believe you should have to pay an arm and a leg for the tiles you love; nor should cheap and cheerful means last year’s leftovers.
