Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

I have tiles in my kitchen that have been discontinued and this sample gives a good representation of the colour so I can get something similar to what I have. Samples are definitely a useful way of getting to find what you are looking for without having to travel miles.
A nice coloured stone feeling tile that feels a bit mediterranean
I actually had Clays Cotto (not Marlow) - lovely tiles, make the kitchen look much lighter and brighter (rest of kitchen not finished yet!). A number of tiles were broken on the pallet, but Porcelain Superstore sent two whole boxes to replace them, so more than enough tiles in the end. Many thanks.
I have requested several samples as am trying to match tiles I had years ago. Almost got a match. Will be ordering soon.
You can definitely tell that it's a tile, and not stone, but it looks good as an overall effect.
