  If your order is under £500, delivery is £15 for lighter parcel orders (under 18kg) and £40 for heavier pallet orders.
  
  Most orders arrive in just two working days, and if you order before 11pm, we’ll get everything moving right away.
  
  A few remote areas, like the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands, may have extra charges – but we’ll always let you know before you check out.
  
  Returns

  You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.

  For best results, we recommend Standard Set Setaflex White adhesive, paired with Fugabella Limestone Grout and Limestone Silicone. Because these tiles are rectified, you can use 2 mm spacers for a narrow, precise grout joint. If you’re planning to use both sizes together - for example, one on walls and one on floors - please contact us to confirm our current stock calibration.
  
  We also recommend using a tile levelling system when installing these larger tiles. It helps to minimise lippage and keeps the surface beautifully flat.
  
  As always, good preparation is key. Make sure your surface is level, stable and free from dust, and prime it before tiling. And once the tiles are down, clean thoroughly to remove any grout residue for the best final result.
