You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Very good product the landscaper told me so it must be good. The kandla grey tiles look amazing down we are very happy with them.

I purchased 19 Kandla Tiles. Communication and Delivery was ok however when I got to the last tile in the pallet it was broken.
I called to find out what I needed to do to get a refund or replacement and I was told I had to email. I emailed the address given to me and it bounced back, went to the website and got the address from there and the email still bounced back. So basically im unable to send my evidence and request my refund
