Standard delivery
Free on orders over £750 to most UK postcodes, or £55 under £750. Pick a date that suits you at checkout, from 3 working days up to 3 months ahead.

Next working day delivery: £80
Order before 11am, Monday to Friday, and choose Express Delivery at checkout.

Kerbside delivery
Most orders arrive on a pallet and are delivered to the kerb outside your home. It’s a good idea to have someone on hand to help carry the boxes inside.

Remote and island postcodes
Places like the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands cost a little more and take longer. You’ll always see this at checkout before you pay.

Size
We show tiles at their nominal size to keep things simple. The actual size can vary slightly between manufacturers, so please check it when you're planning grout joints or patterns, so everything lines up.

Batching
The colour, shade, size and texture of tiles can vary a little from batch to batch. If you're adding to an existing order, or matching tiles you already have, please contact us before you order and we'll make sure it's the same batch.

Samples
Your tiles may look slightly different to your sample. Some variation in colour, shade, texture and pattern between production runs is normal, and always within manufacturing standards.
