Enter your tiling area in m² above and we'll work out the boxes for you. Tiles are sold in full boxes, so we always round up to the nearest whole box.
We suggest ticking Add 10% for cuts. Tiles need cutting around edges, corners and pipes, and a few can break, so it saves you running short.

Yes. Just click the free sample button on any tile you like and you can order up to 4 at once. Delivery is just £1.99 and your samples arrive within 2 working days.
For selected tiles you can also order a larger sample for £2.50 each. If it's available, you'll see a large sample button on the product page.
Free over £500 to most of mainland UK. Under £500 it's £49.95, and Next Day delivery is £69.95.
Smaller orders, like grout, accessories or a light box of tiles, go by DPD and cost less. Your exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay. Full details are on our delivery page.
As soon as tomorrow. Order before 11am Monday to Friday and choose Express Delivery at checkout, and your tiles can arrive the next working day. Not in a rush? Standard delivery takes from 3 working days. Either way, you pick the delivery day that suits you.

Most of our orders are delivered on a pallet, kerbside. This means your driver leaves the pallet at the kerb. They can't open it or carry boxes inside, and boxes can be heavy, so please have someone ready to help. Delivery is on the day you choose, between 8am and 6pm. Please make sure an adult is there to check and sign for it.
If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery note, take photos and complete our Damages Form within 24 hours of delivery, so we can send free replacements.
To fit your tiles you'll need adhesive, grout and silicone, plus spacers (or levelling clips for larger tiles). Depending on your job you may also need tile backer boards. Not sure how much? When you add your tiles to the basket, we'll recommend the right adhesive and grout for your quantities.
Yes. You have 100 days to return your full order, and we'll refund you once it's been received and checked.
The tiles need to be unused and in their original packaging, and we can only take back full orders, not part orders or leftover boxes. Just so you know, you'll need to arrange and pay for delivery back to us.
