Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £19.95, next day from £29.95 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
Ordering these tiles from Porcelain Superstore couldn’t be easier. Simply enter how many square metres you’ll need and we’ll tell you how many boxes are required to cover this area. We’ll always round this up to the nearest full box.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend adding 10% extra onto your order, to cover any waste, cuts and breakages.
These tiles can be laid onto a variety of surfaces, including concrete slabs and mortar beds.
For a beautiful finish, we recommend that your outdoor tiles are installed by a professional tiler or landscaper with prior experience fixing porcelain slabs.

tiles look great, we ordered a sample first, nice random pattern, they come in min. 4 different prints to make them easy to look random, the colour is much lighter than on the website photos, but nice warm tone, really brightened the space. We ordered some 20sqm and 1 tile came broken (but was within our allowed extra), some had smaller chips on edges but used them for offcuts etc. We have had these installed for almost 2 years now, great in all weather, non slipping, survived freezing winter, we will be ordering more of these again.
