We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Really impressed with this tile. Easy to cut (providing you use the correct tools!) and looks amazing! Really pleased with the quality and service from Porcelain Superstore.
Fabulous tiles! We had originally ordered from a different website then got the sample from here and realised they were exactly the same but around £100 cheaper! Our tiler was worried about the huge tiles (which we naively thought would be easier to fit than small ones!) but he managed them without problems and they look amazing. We used an off-cut to finish behind the bath which ties it in nicely. Paired with Trove Forest floor tiles on the walls and we couldn’t be happier with the result!
It’s good but in my opinion it needs to be a bit more colourful; the grey is slightly over bearing
