Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.

Very pleased to get almost matching black porcelain 300mm square tiles to repair part of a water damaged bathroom floor that was I laid over 10 years ago. Also very impressed to receive a sample free of any charge so I could see they were the correct tiles, which when I ordered were delivered promptly and safely as well as the specialist grout and cement that I needed.
