Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

only got a sample tile so far but it has a lovely finish . Staying neutral but adding interest.
High quality sample and quick delivery
Really love the sample of this tile, would say it is more off white (in a cream colour but without being at all yellow), and the mix of matt and gloss is gorgeous. Having also seen in my friend's bathroom I will be ordering them for our two new showers within the next couple of weeks.
Lovely sample tile unfortunately wasn’t the right colour to match everything else in my kitchen.
