Kerbside Delivery
Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
Ordering these tiles from Porcelain Superstore couldn’t be easier. Simply enter how many square metres you’ll need and we’ll tell you how many boxes are required to cover this area. We’ll always round this up to the nearest full box.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend adding 10% extra onto your order, to cover any waste, cuts and breakages.

We bought the Padstow Sky tiles for our new kitchen. The delivery arrived soon than expected. No broken tiles. Very good service. The Padstow Sky tiles are amazing. We are very satisfied and we hardly suggest them.
These are really nice tiles, interesting light blue/grey blue colour. They're crackle glazed which I'm not so keen on but they're a great colour.
