This sealing treatment will help protect porcelain tiles against staining from grouts, jointing compounds, leaves and other organic matters. It’s an invisible protector and will not alter the appearance of your tiles. For ongoing general cleans, use our LTP Porcelain Floor Tile Cleaner.

For best results, apply to your tiles before grouting.
Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
If necessary, use LTP Grimex to remove existing stains.
Apply the protector using a paint brush or roller and allow to dry.
Once dry, you can grout as normal.
If you are using outdoor tiles, we recommend applying a second coat after grouting, to both the tiles and joints. This will help protect the grout against stains from organic matter.
This 1 litre bottle will generally cover 30 square metres.

Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
