Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

There was an unforeseen issue with some of the tiles we ordered. The communication was great and replacements were ordered quickly and without any extra cost.

The sample tiles are delivered so quickly, especially compared to other companies. We got a few different ones but are in love with the FireClay Dark, and the Noho Green tiles which are going to go great in our ensuite and bathroom respectively. They completely deliver the vibe we are after for each room.
