Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Arrived quickly since ordering. Only 1 tile had a little chip in- but as they are samples I can understand perhaps they are using the odd one so someone doesn't end up with a chipped one from a pack. All lovely tiles, and actually the perfect size, because they are slightly larger than metro tiles they are not too overwhelming. Able to order a good selection to choose the colours & used chat GPT to create a visual of what i wanted. Shall be placing an order now!

I ordered samples of mustard yellow tiles from several tile websites and this was by far the best. The crackle is lovely and looking forward to seeing the colour variation between tiles when I order the full amount
