Kerbside Delivery
Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Stunning tiles! Used to create a feature fireplace in the livingroom. The colour variation is mossy, looks spectacular in afternoon sunlight and (as a 1st time tiler) were very easy to lay. Awesome sample service and quick delivery.

I ordered my tiles using the handy guide, paid for them and then a week later they were delivered .... absolutely fantastic service !! The tiles are beautiful and I’m over the moon with them.... I’ve just started putting them round my sink but haven’t grouted them yet. This is my first attempt at tiling and as a girlie I think my effort isn’t too shabby !
