Kerbside Delivery
Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
Ordering these tiles from Porcelain Superstore couldn’t be easier. Simply enter how many square metres you’ll need and we’ll tell you how many boxes are required to cover this area. We’ll always round this up to the nearest full box.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend adding 10% extra onto your order, to cover any waste, cuts and breakages.

Try before you buy with our sample service - completely free of charge and delivered in two working days.
They change colour depending on reflected light so order a sample and check in the room. We love them. Look great with Fugabella 20 grout colour.
Ordered a sample of this tile and it is visually very nice. Tiles seem think enough and would be simple to fir.
Nice tiles but not what I wanted thank you
Enjoying my tiles, only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that when cutting they do sometimes chip on the corner no matter how careful you go with the tile cutter. I had 2 boxes so was ok but used well over the 10% margin.
£40 delivery was very steep for 2 small boxes of tiles.
Beautiful tiles but sadly 2 out of our 4 samples arrived broken. We will be ordering as the tiles themselves are lovely
