Boasting a staggering 100 unique designs, the overall effect is mesmerising, adding depth and character to any interior. There’s also the slender profile; the long shape of these tiles feels fresh and contemporary - it’ll always attract attention.
The true beauty of Detroit lies in its adaptability. These stunning tiles can literally go anywhere! Completely resistant to water, they can be laid over splashbacks, shower walls and even outside.
And because they’re made from quality porcelain, they’re more than happy gracing your floors, even high footfalls areas such as kitchens and hallways. Thanks to their texture, they score an R10 slip rating, giving you additional peace of mind, especially in wet areas such as bathrooms.
There’s no right or wrong way to use Detroit, so feel free to experiment. If you’re tiling a bathroom, it works well with a grey floor tile such as Motion Light but you could also opt for a reclaimed wood effect tile, if you love the urban loft look.
You can lay the tiles with a random joint, brick bond or even herringbone - the choice is entirely up to you. We just recommend using a 5mm grout joint, with a medium grey grout. And one final tip - always mix tiles from different boxes, to ensure a beautiful blended finish.

We’re confident you’ll love our tiles as much as we do, but we offer a 100 day returns policy just to make sure. So if you’re not happy with your new tiles, you can return them to us for a full refund, up to 100 days after receiving your order.
Please note that we can only accept returns on your full order. We can’t accept returns on partial or leftover boxes of tiles. See our returns page for more information.
Ordering these tiles from Porcelain Superstore couldn’t be easier. Simply enter how many square metres you’ll need and we’ll tell you how many boxes are required to cover this area. We’ll always round this up to the nearest full box.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend adding 10% extra onto your order, to cover any waste, cuts and breakages.
