A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Great tile. They have given a very realistic brick effect to my fireplace. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is that the tile is a little challenging to work with. They are not uniform in size, so keeping even gaps between the tiles can be a pain. They are also not perfectly flat, so again, this adds a little more complexity to the process.
We liked this tile when we received the free sample - Now that it is on the wall they look absolutely fantastic. The guy who came to install a log burner have to tap the wall to check if they were real brick!!!
Love the look of these. Had them with the Brix White tiles in our en-suite shower. Gives its a really rustic look.
