This intensive product is ideal for deep cleaning existing tiles:
✔ Removing stubborn stains such as oil, grease and grime
✔ Removing ingrained dirt
✔ Removing tannin stains from rotting leaves and organic matter
✔ Remove old wax and sealant layers
✔ Internal and external use
✔ Porcelain and natural stone
✔ 20mm porcelain paving
✔ Restoring old tiles
Mild cases - Dilute 1:10 in warm water. Apply to affected tiles and rinse off thoroughly with a clean damp sponge.
Severe cases - Dilute 1:3 in warm water. Apply to affected tiles and agitate with a scrubbing brush. Leave to work for 10 minutes, agitate again and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Extremely severe cases - Use concentrated and apply as above.

Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.

Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
