You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Our Arteak Castano tiles can be laid in a classic staggered joint (no more than one-third offset) or in a herringbone pattern for a decorative finish. They’re suitable for floors throughout the home, and work especially well in kitchens and bathrooms.
For best results, we recommend using Standard Set Setaflex Grey adhesive, paired with Fugabella Stone grout and Stone silicone. 3mm tile spacers and levelling clips are ideal to achieve a neat, consistent finish.
As always, good preparation is key. Make sure your surface is level, stable and free from dust, and prime it before tiling. Once the tiles are laid, clean thoroughly to remove any grout residue for the best final result.

I ordered this sample, along with several others, for my home project. They arrived quickly and are lovely quality. This tile has lovely wood detailing on it as opposed to smooth surface with I really like. This particular sample seems darker than the web image so hoping it looks more like image when laid as it is the level of darkness I'm looking for. The other tiles I ordered in hindsight are lovely but very light. I would definitely recommend requesting a sample.
