A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Excellent quality tiles, great colours and fast delivery!
Samples ordered Saturday afternoon but didn’t arrive until the following Friday.
Called to chase but the lady was unhelpful and just blamed the courier even though the courier said they hadn’t received it.
The quality of the tile is amazing but the colour is very different to the website - it’s grey and not beige.
Have another project coming up and will hopefully consider porcelain superstore for the quality
