We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.

Lovely sample tiles, well and sensibly packaged.
They are very pretty combined with the stone and decor complimentary tiles and I'll be buying lots more for my bathroom renovation!
This sample tile is much paler than the photo on the website, more grey than blue. However, I like it and hopefully it will blend with my new kitchen and I can place an order.
Really impressed with harmony sky tiles. Greta value for money. We recently moved and wanted to freshen up the old kitchen for the next couple of years before renovating. They fit the style we were going for perfectly and look great with a darker grouse. Delivery is a tad expensive especially for the small amount we needed, but the tiles all arrived safely with out any breakages.
