Most orders are dispatched on a wooden pallet and delivered by Pall-Ex. Deliveries are kerbside only and drivers are unable to carry pallets into your property.
Remote & Island Postcodes
A small number of remote and island postcodes - including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands - carry an additional delivery charge and a longer delivery time. You'll always see this clearly at checkout before you pay.
Smaller Orders
Small orders under 18kg are sent by DPD and deliered to your door, rather than on a pallet.
Standard delivery is from £15, next day from £25 (order before 11am)

We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
Ordering these tiles from Porcelain Superstore couldn’t be easier. Simply enter how many square metres you’ll need and we’ll tell you how many boxes are required to cover this area. We’ll always round this up to the nearest full box.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend adding 10% extra onto your order, to cover any waste, cuts and breakages.

I recently ordered the crackle Bottle Green and also crackle Spring Green tiles for our cloakroom. Excellent products and all turned up intact and on time. The room isn’t finished yet (Obviously!) but the photo should give you a good idea regarding the tiles. They look great and really come to life when the sun shine through. My only suggestion to PS is that they perhaps begin selling the dado style tiles you can see. I had to source those from elsewhere which was a shame. Will be using PS when I redo the en-suite.
Sample tile, really lovely rich green colour, glassy and glossy. This has a rectified edge, which some alternative brands in similar colour did not. Will be ordering these ones. Quick delivery of sample.
