We believe it’s important to be completely transparent about delivery charges.
So that’s why we offer our customer a delivery service that’s quick, simple and always great value.
Before you checkout you’ll be able to choose a convenient weekday for delivery. Please note that we're unable to deliver on bank holidays and weekends.
Unfortunately delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed so we do not recommend booking in any tradespeople until you have received and checked your order.
Deliveries are generally made between 8am and 6pm - unfortunately we’re unable to offer specific time slots.
We do ask the delivery drivers to call one hour ahead, where it’s safe and possible to do so.
To ensure safe delivery of your tiles, pallet delivery is required on any orders that weigh over 18kg. These pallets are generally 'half' or 'full' size and measure approximately:
Please note that for larger orders (over 1000kg), we may dispatch your order on two or more pallets. Don’t worry - we won’t charge you for this!
In common with most pallet deliveries, our deliveries are made to the kerbside only.
This means they won’t necessarily be made to your driveway or front door. Delivery drivers are not insured to enter your property, open the pallet or physically handle any tiles.
Tiles are heavy and some boxes can weigh up to 30kg. Unfortunately our delivery partners are unable to take away the pallet or any packaging. We recommend arranging for help to immediately move your order into your property.
Please ensure that a responsible person is present upon delivery to inspect, check and sign for your order.
If you see or suspect any damage, then you must follow the guidelines below.
We operate to extremely high standards, so we’re very sorry if there’s some damage to your order.
All orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but damage can sometimes happen in transit.
If you see or suspect damage of any description then please do the following within 24 hours of receiving your order.
For sustainable reasons, we do recommend that damaged tiles are kept and used for cuts on your project whenever possible.
Once your form has been received and checked, we can then dispatch free replacements or credit you for the cost of the damaged tiles.
Unfortunately we cannot issue and despatch free replacements until your form and photos have been received correctly.
Please inform us in advance if there’s any local access issues such as narrow lanes, repair works or road closures. This way, we’ll be able to make alternate arrangements if required, so there’s no delay to your delivery.
There may be an extra charge if a smaller vehicle or re-delivery is required - we’ll discuss this with you, where necessary.
Need to cancel your order? Please contact help@porcelainsuperstore.co.uk within two hours of placing your order. We generally dispatch our orders very quickly and if your order has already left our premises, a redelivery charge may apply.
We can only amend quantities, delivery dates or addresses if you contact us within two hours of placing your order. Otherwise, redelivery charges will apply.
Please note that very occasionally, there may be a delay to your delivery that’s outside our control. This is usually down to events such as bad traffic or weather conditions. In this case, we’ll do our very best to let you know.
We cannot be held liable for any costs arising from a delayed delivery, so we would advise not booking in tradespersons until after your order has been delivered.

£100 - Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish islands:
HS, IV40-56, PA20, PA40+, PH42-44, KA27-28,ZE, KW15-17, PO30-41, GY, IM, JE
Delivery to these remote and island postcodes takes a minimum of 7 working days.
Ready to order but don’t need your tiles immediately? We can store your order in our warehouse for up to two months, completely free. There may be a small charge if you’d like us to hold your tiles a little longer.

If you change your mind after your tiles arrive don’t worry - we offer a fuss-free 30 days return policy. Just send your order back to us and we’ll refund you in full, excluding the original delivery charge, if applicable.
