We hope you’re all keeping well and managing to stay safe in these uncertain times.

The current COVID pandemic is a huge cause for concern and our main priority is keeping our staff and customers safe.
That’s why we’ve put a number of measures in place, including heightened hygiene processes and no-contact delivery options.
As a company, we want to reassure all our customers that we’re still open for business.
Due to the pandemic, we’ve had to slightly alter how we work but please know we’re doing everything we can to help with your order.

Q. Can I still order online?

A. Yes, you can still place your order online and pick a convenient day for delivery.

Q. Can I still order samples?

A. Of course. However, due to increased demand and a reduced Samples team (see below) your samples may take slightly longer to arrive.

Q. What delivery options do you offer?

A. Due to the current situation, we’ve had to temporarily remove our Next Day delivery option. Our Standard Delivery service is still available.

Q. What precautions are you taking?

A. The health of our teams and customers’ is our main priority. Our Customer Service advisors are now working from home and can be contacted by phone or email. In our warehouses, we’ve reduced the amount of team members working at any one time, to minimise the number of people working together.

Q. Do you have a no-contact delivery process in place?

A. Yes we do. Whether your order is delivered in a parcel or on a pallet, the driver will not hand you either paperwork or a device to digitally sign. In the main, they will take a photograph of the shipment and record the GPS coordinates, which will act as the official ‘Proof of Delivery’.

Q. Can I still contact your Customer Service team?

A. Of course! Our Customer Service team are currently working from home, and can be contacted either by calling 0330 094 0304 or emailing help@porcelainsuperstore.co.uk

Due to the current situation, we are experiencing a high volume of phone calls. And much as we love to chat, if your query is non-urgent we kindly ask you to email rather than call - we’ll still respod as soon as we can.

Q. Can I collect from your warehouse?

A. We’ve taken the decision to temporarily suspend customer collections from our warehouse, for the safety of all involved.

Q. Is everything still in stock?

A. While we always try to hold very high levels of stock, the lockdown across Europe has delayed some incoming shipments of tiles from our factories in Spain and Italy. Additionally, some of our partner suppliers in the UK have temporarily closed their warehouses.
If your order is urgent, please contact us to check stock and we'll do our very best to assist.
